How the Offer Works

The Jingle Pay Cashback Program ("Program") is offered by Jingle Pay to eligible users of the Jingle Pay Bahrain app.

Under this Program, users may earn cashback on qualifying card transactions made using their Jingle Pay Mastercard, subject to the terms outlined below.

Cashback is awarded based on the type of transaction and/or merchant category, as determined by the merchant's assigned Merchant Category Code (MCC) and transaction classification.

In cases where a transaction qualifies for multiple categories, only the highest applicable cashback rate will be applied.

The following transactions are not eligible for cashback:

• Charitable donations (all charity-related MCCs)
• Failed, reversed, refunded, or cancelled transactions
• ATM withdrawals
• Wallet-to-wallet transfers
• Domestic or international remittances
• Any transactions flagged as suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive

To participate in the Program, users must:

• Be residents of the Kingdom of Bahrain
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Successfully complete onboarding and verification
• Maintain an active and compliant Jingle Pay account

• Cashback applies only to successful card transactions (physical or virtual card)
• Cashback eligibility is determined based on Merchant Category Code (MCC) and transaction type (domestic vs international)
• International transactions are defined as transactions processed by a merchant located outside Bahrain and in a currency apart from BHD, as determined by the payment network

Jingle Pay is not responsible for incorrect MCC classification by merchants or payment networks.

• Cashback may be subject to monthly caps and/or per-transaction limits, as defined within the Jingle Pay app
• Jingle Pay reserves the right to introduce or modify such limits at its discretion

• Cashback earned will be credited to the user's Jingle Pay wallet
• Credit timeline: within 15 working days after the qualifying transaction
• Cashback is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged outside the Jingle Pay ecosystem

Jingle Pay reserves the right to:

• Withhold, reverse, or cancel cashback rewards
• Disqualify users engaging in misuse (including artificial or self-funded transactions)
• Suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious activity

• Modify cashback rates, categories, exclusions, or caps
• Suspend or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice
