Jingle Pay First Transaction Bonus – Terms & Conditions

1. Offer Overview

This offer is provided by Jingle Pay and is available to eligible users who complete their first successful international money transfer using the Jingle Pay app during the offer period.

Eligible users will receive a reward of AED 10, credited to their Jingle Pay wallet, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Offer Period

The referral offer is valid from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026, unless extended, modified, or withdrawn earlier at Jingle Pay's discretion.

3. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the referral reward, users must:

  • Successfully complete full onboarding and verification on the Jingle Pay app
  • Complete their first international money transfer through the Jingle Pay remittance marketplace
  • Maintain an active and compliant Jingle Pay account

4. Reward Details

  • The reward amount is AED 10
  • The reward will be credited to the user's Jingle Pay wallet within 15 days of completing a successful qualifying transaction
  • The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

5. Qualifying Transactions

  • Only successful international money transfers qualify for the reward
  • Failed, reversed, cancelled, or refunded transactions are not eligible
  • Domestic transfers and wallet-to-wallet transfers do not qualify

6. Limitations

  • The referral reward is limited to one reward per user
  • Multiple accounts, duplicate registrations, or attempts to misuse the offer may result in disqualification

7. Fraud & Misuse

Jingle Pay reserves the right to:

  • Withhold or revoke the reward in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or breach of terms
  • Suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious activity
  • Verify eligibility before issuing rewards

8. Modifications & Termination

Jingle Pay reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

9. General

  • Participation in the offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions
  • Jingle Pay's decision regarding eligibility and rewards shall be final
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates
