2. What do I need to do to get my 20 AED?

- Receive 20 AEDs in your Jingle Pay account within 15 days
3. When will I receive my 20 AED?
After making your first successful international money transfer to the provided destination using our world-first remittance marketplace, you will receive 20 AED within 15 days.
4. Who is this offer for?
This offer is for Jingle Pay users who have completed their onboarding and are making their first international money transfer with our world-first remittance marketplace. This offer is limited time and for first 1000 users. So, hurry up!
5. Why haven't I received my 20 AED?
If you have not received the 20AED reward in 15 days, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] or via Live Chat in-app.
6. What are the offer's terms?
Eligible Participants:
Open only to individuals who:
- have completed their onboarding with Jingle Pay
- are making their first international money transfer using Jingle Pay's world-first remittance marketplace
- Within the 1st 1000 users making international money transfer
Offer Period:
This offer starts on 01 January 2023 and valid till 28th February 2023
How it works:
To qualify for the Reward, you must make your first international money transfer using Jingle Pay's remittance marketplace. After successfully completing your international money transfer to the provided destination, 20AED will be credited to your Jingle Pay account within 15 days. Should your money transfer fail for any reason, you will not qualify for receiving the 20AED reward. This reward is limited to your first (1) international money transfer only.
Miscellaneous:
Jingle Pay may provide an alternate reward of equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfill the Reward. Jingle Pay reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify this offer in part or in its entirety at any time without notice, for any reason in its sole discretion. Similar offers may run at the same time; qualification for this offer does not constitute qualification for any other offer. Jingle Pay is not responsible and/or liable if any e-mail, Reward, or offer-related materials or correspondence are lost, fraudulent, abusive, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, altered, defective, misdirected, tampered with, or irregular in any way or if any participant's e-mail address, Jingle Pay Account, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without participant giving prior written notice to Jingle Pay. Jingle Pay is not responsible and/or liable if a user does not receive an award because their international money transfer was not successful for any reason. Jingle Pay reserves the right to review any account related to this offer, in its sole discretion, without notice, and delay or reverse completing of the Reward. An offer is void when an account or a transaction is prohibited, fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels or irregular in any way. Any questions relating to the offer will be resolved at Jingle Pay's sole discretion and its decisions related to the offer will be final and binding.
