We're excited that you've chosen Jingle Pay to simplify your money. Eligible users will receive a 20 AED reward, credited to their Jingle Pay account within 15 days, subject to the Terms & Conditions below.

1. What is the offer?

Complete your sign-up and onboarding on the Jingle Pay app and receive 20 AED credited to your Jingle Pay wallet.

2. What do I need to do to receive the 20 AED?

To qualify for the reward, you must:

  • Download the Jingle Pay app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • Complete the full sign-up and onboarding process
  • Successfully qualify for a Jingle Pay wallet

Once completed, 20 AED will be credited to your Jingle Pay account within 15 days.

3. When will I receive my 20 AED?

After completing all steps of the sign-up and onboarding process, the reward will be credited to your Jingle Pay account within 15 days.

4. Who is this offer for?

This offer is available to new Jingle Pay users who have not previously completed the onboarding or sign-up process.

The offer is limited to the first 3,000 eligible users who complete onboarding during the offer period.

Eligible Participants

This offer is open only to individuals who:

  1. Are residents of the United Arab Emirates
  2. Are 18 years of age or older
  3. Successfully complete all steps of the onboarding/sign-up process

Offer Period

This offer is valid from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026, unless modified or terminated earlier at Jingle Pay's discretion.

How the Offer Works

  • To qualify, you must download the Jingle Pay app and complete the onboarding process.
  • Upon successful onboarding, 20 AED will be credited to your Jingle Pay wallet within 15 days.
  • If onboarding is unsuccessful, rejected or incomplete for any reason, the reward will not be issued.
  • Each user is eligible for one (1) reward only, as onboarding can be completed once per account.

Miscellaneous

  • Jingle Pay may provide an alternative reward of equal value if the stated reward cannot be fulfilled.
  • Jingle Pay reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Participation in this offer does not qualify a user for any other concurrent offers.
  • Jingle Pay is not responsible for rewards not received due to ineligibility, regulatory requirements, or account issues.
  • Jingle Pay reserves the right to review, delay, reverse, or withhold rewards in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or irregular activity.
  • All decisions relating to eligibility and reward issuance are final and binding.
